If your order arrives damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and attach pictures. We will resolve it immediately and ensure that you receive the correct product.

We can only ship your order to the address you provided at the time of purchase.
If you have entered the wrong address and the package is delivered there, we unfortunately cannot retrieve it, so always check the address carefully.
We recommend that you contact the postal carrier via the tracking link in your delivery confirmation and ask if they can redirect the package.
