Terms of purchase
These terms and conditions apply when you shop at CraftHavn. By placing an order, you accept the terms and conditions below. We recommend that you read them before completing your purchase.
Ordering
When you complete a purchase, you will receive an order confirmation to the email address you provided. Please check that the information is correct. If something has gone wrong, please contact us as soon as possible.
A binding agreement between you and CraftHavn arises when your order has been confirmed.
Prices and payment
All prices are stated in Swedish kronor and include VAT.
You can pay with the payment methods shown in the checkout. Once the payment is approved, an order confirmation will be sent to you.
Delivery
We ship orders in the order they are received. Delivery times vary depending on product and address. Current delivery information is provided at checkout and in your order confirmation.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow the delivery.
Shipping costs
The shipping cost is displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. For free shipping offers, this is clearly stated on the product page or at checkout.
Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. A 5 percent administrative fee will be charged to cover our transaction costs.
After 24 hours, handling or packing has usually begun and the order cannot be cancelled.
Right of withdrawal
As a customer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to Swedish law. The withdrawal period is calculated from the day you received the product.
The product needs to be in the same condition as when received and include original packaging and accessories.
You are responsible for return shipping if you cancel your purchase.

Returns
You have 30 days to return the product from the date the order is delivered. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it and include original parts and packaging.
Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted. You are responsible for return shipping and we recommend trackable shipping.
Once we have received and approved your return, the amount will be refunded to the same payment method used for purchase. Refunds usually take up to 10 business days.
Damaged or faulty item
If something is damaged or wrong upon delivery, please contact us within 7 days and send us pictures. We will help you immediately and ensure that you receive the correct product or a new item.
Unclaimed packages
Packages that are not picked up will be automatically returned to us. Unclaimed packages will be charged a fee equal to our actual shipping and handling costs.
Liability in case of incorrect address
We will ship your order to the address provided at checkout. If the address is incorrect and the package is delivered there, we will unfortunately not be able to retrieve it. Please check the address carefully before completing your purchase.
In the event of an incorrect address, we recommend that you contact the carrier via the tracking link in your delivery confirmation.
Complaint
In the event of complaints, we follow the Consumer Purchase Act. If a product has an original defect, we will fix it free of charge. Contact us and we will help you further.

When you shop with us, your personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy. We only collect the information needed to process your order and provide you with good service.
